Give me back Pinterest and nobody gets hurt!! LOL

I'm addicted to Pinterest.
Not anything else. I don't have an addictive type of personality but for some reason, Pinterest gobbled me up in it's weave of never ending pinning....
I pin on 59 boards, that vary from food and cooking to sewing to parenting and the love and possion for my Yorkshire dog.
If you can learn something about someone from their boards, it's that they are wasting precious time out of life, by contemplating all the beauty and not actually going out and enjoying it.

I try to stay away, for some days, which is successful for some hours, until I cave in!
I might admit to absolutely loving the idea of being able to view all these wonderful things and keep them so well organized, if only I could do this in other areas of my life, like the laundry room or the craft supplies.

My baking is nowhere good enough to attempt all the wonderful recipes I pin.
My sewing skills lack the finess required to undertake those many sewing projects.
My patience in lacking in putting to good use those parenting techniques.

And this is exaclty why I love Pinterest, because all in a days work, I get home and I can imagine what my  perfect life would be with all my boards filling up with more inspiration.

As I cuddle in bed with my tablet, the screen glowing back at me with pins galore, I do not overthink, I just PIN.
I don't think about lunches for the next day, I PIN lunch ideas on my Lunch board.
I don't think about that rash on my back, I PIN natural home remedies on my Health board.
I don't think about the dry spell (the very long dry spell) we're going through, instead, I PIN about libido solutions on my Health board!
Problem solved, I turn off the light and sleep like a baby!
Thank God for Pinterest!!!
