Day 5

So I'm actually on day 5 of my detox.
I've added psyllium husk and oat bran, no bowel movements is never good,lol!!
I drink a lot of green tea, when I'm hungry, which is often!
Here are the things I have cut out:
Tea, coffee, sugar, dairy (milk, yoghurt, cheese, ice-cream), no eggs.
No gluten, yeast, tofu, soy, you get the idea!

I'm taking a Bio K 50 million, probiotic, once a day.
The shakes are easier to drink because I have mastered the making of it.

Here are the ingredients I use in the Metagenics Ultra Clear Shake (natural flavour)
1/2 frozen banana
1 cup coconut milk
1/2 tsp almond butter
- 1 tsp brown rice syrup
Crushed ice,
Et voila!!!
Taste like an actual smoothie (but with added calories)

I'm heading into Thanksgiving weekend, so wish me luck!!!
Turkey is on the menu.

PS I can have Turkey!
