Week 2

I'm settling into the routine and have forgotten to give more updates.
Everyday, I start the day by taking my usual meidcations (Prednisone, Coversyl, Plaquenil, Furosomide etc)
About an hour later, I prepare my Metagenics Ultra Clear Shake, which is really not that bad. I add cocoa and sometime change the cocount milk for almond milk.
And by the way, heading into second week, my weight is at 143.2lbs.

Around 11am I have my unsweetened apple sauce with phsylium husk flakes.
And an apple.

For lunch, usually some of the Metagenics Minestrone soup recipe (1cup).
Or some quinoa and bulgar salad.

I admit that I don't always have the second shake (question of time and schedules).

For diner, I fit in protein and fish and lots of vegetables.
