Game changer

I've been googling for bloggers who share their story about dialysis. This is the path I'm venturing down. My lupus has destoyed my kidneys. I have reached end stage renal failure ( stage 5). My kidney function kyctuating between 11 and 13%.
It is my reality, although , I admit,  It came as a total shock.
I am in shock because I am only now realising what all this really means.
